I have waited a long time to post this review. We started looking at manufactured homes about a year and a half ago. We looked at different companies, checked out the workmanship, looked at reviews and really did our homework. So this review is on the quality of a Kit Custom Homebuilders as the manufacturer but mostly on Gillespie homes, in Kennewick, who is a rep for Kit homes. Don't let anyone tell you that a manufactured home is any less than a stick built home. Why we chose Kit Custom Homebuilders was because of the quality of the build. Their layouts are well thought out and they care about what they're doing. We looked at many different manufacturers and they really stood out. But what I really want to do is highlight the customer service that Gillespie homes has for their clients. We worked with Dustin and his team throughout the whole process. He took time to answer my many many questions and always went the extra mile. From the moment that we found our property, to picking out our home, designing it, working through the red tape, COVID, the challenges of getting all of the permits and everything lined up, Dustin was always there on top of everything and made it seem so seamless. He was so easy to work with and knew exactly who to talk to to get things done. Tomorrow we have the final inspection on our home. We are beyond excited to move in and to start this next chapter in our lives. I can't begin to tell you how many people I've referred to Gillespie homes. we had other choices in Spokane of someone to work with, but there was no question about who we chose to work with. We drove the extra two and a half hours to work with Dustin and his team. I have heard nightmare stories that people have had about other companies, and you don't get any better than Gillespie homes. if anyone ever wants to see the quality workmanship that goes into a kid home feel free to look us up in Spokane and we'd be happy to show you our home.
