That’s why we give our customers the option to have any one of our homes built as either a Manufactured or IRC Modular coded home. Both construction methods offer the same durability, reliability, and flexibility for customization, and each conforms to government-mandated standards of quality and safety. Our ability to offer both to our customers means you can customize and purchase the KIT home you love, accommodating both your personal desires and the specific code requirements for the region in which you reside.
